Description of the code, number of objects, its functions, $commands it
defines, etc.:
Creates 4 objects and 4 MySQL tables. The commands implement a +mail and BB
system with a MySQL backend, which is an alternative to the built-in @mail
system. It differs from other systems in that the Mail and BB system is combined - 
you can send messages to players and BBs together, using the same command.
